About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Growth to spearhead its expansion and drive strategic business development. The successful candidate will be a key leader in the organization, responsible for creating and executing growth strategies that lead to increased revenue, market expansion, and long-term success. This role involves overseeing the growth department, including sales, new gym opening operations, corporate sales, and retail performance, and leading special projects to support the company's evolving business needs. The VP of Growth will also be instrumental in building and leading high-performing teams, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining a people-first culture that delivers an exceptional member experience. Applicants for the Vice President of Growth position at the company should have a minimum of 8 years' of progressive leadership experience in growth, sales, operations, business development, or related functions, with a strong preference for those with a background in multi-unit, franchise, fitness, wellness, hospitality, retail, or other consumer-facing organizations. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record of delivering measurable results, strong financial acumen, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills, and be adept at collaborating across various departments to drive alignment and achieve strategic objectives. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with a Master's degree being preferred, and the role demands a hands-on, results-oriented leadership style with a high degree of ownership and problem-solving ability.
