About the Role

The VP will be tasked with establishing a clear measurement framework, presenting performance and investment recommendations, and leading the digital team to ensure consistent, forecastable growth. Applicants for the VP of Digital & Growth position at the company should have a minimum of 8 years' experience in digital marketing, ecommerce, or growth, with a track record of success in a leadership role. The role demands deep expertise in various digital channels, including Shopify, Amazon, paid media, and social commerce, as well as a strong understanding of brand and content strategy.
