Quality Technician

TechnicianInsight Global is searching for a Technician for a medical device client in Arbor Lakes, Maple Grove, MN. This Technician will support the client's interventional cardiology systems team on new product development efforts tied to next-generation imaging catheter programs, as well as some sustaining to support a quality initiative. The role will sit within a systems test and product performance testing environment where the team replicates clinical scenarios, supports statistical data generation, and helps verify that products meet design standards. This person will directly support medical device product development from concept through commercialization by executing tests, assisting with test method development, supporting design verification and validation activities, and documenting testing results thoroughly and accurately.Day to day, this Technician will work hands-on in a lab environment alongside engineers and other technicians to execute testing per documented work instructions, assemble equipment and fixturing, assist with lab organization, stock lab supplies, support equipment tracking, and perform hardware and software installation as needed. The team is highly cross-functional and includes engineers and technicians supporting test development, product performance testing, and sustaining activities.
