Job Function: Human Resources Job Sub Function: Employee & Labor Relations Job Category: Professional Job Location: Warsaw, Indiana, United States of America Key Responsibilities Support Employee Relations and Labor relations activities, including intake, documentation, and coordination of cases. Assist with ER/LR investigations by gathering information, maintaining records, and supporting fact‑finding processes. Provide guidance to managers and HR partners on routine employee relations questions and policy interpretation. Maintain accurate and confidential ER/LR case documentation and data in accordance with defined standards. Support trend analysis and reporting related to employee relations issues and outcomes. Ensure ER/LR activities are conducted in compliance with company policies, internal controls, and applicable employment laws. Partner with ER/LR, HR, and Legal teams to support consistent and timely resolution of employee concerns. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree required in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. Experience and Skills: Typically 4-6 years of relevant experience in employee relations, labor relations, HR operations, or a related HR discipline. Working knowledge of employee relations principles and U.S. employment practices. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive and confidential information. Ability to follow defined processes and support multiple cases simultaneously. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR systems. Experience supporting ER/LR matters in a manufacturing or operations environment (preferred). Familiarity with investigations, grievance handling, or corrective action processes (preferred). Experience working in a regulated industry such as MedTech, Pharma, or Healthcare (preferred). Experience in a global or matrixed organization (preferred). Other: Language: English proficiency required. Travel: Minimal travel expected. Certifications: HR or employee relations certifications preferred but not required. Paid time off: Vacation – 120 hours per calendar year; Sick time – 40 hours per calendar year (48 hours for Colorado residents, 56 hours for Washington residents); Holiday pay – 13 floating holidays; Work, personal and family time – up to 40 hours per calendar year; Parental leave – 480 hours within one year of birth/adoption/foster care of a child; Bereavement leave – 240 hours for immediate family, 40 hours per extended family member; Caregiver leave – 80 hours in a 52‑week rolling period; Volunteer leave – 32 hours per calendar year; Military spouse time‑off – 80 hours per calendar year.
