Who You Are The Associate Director/Director/Sr. Director, BD & Ops role will be a critically important player who owns & shapes scientific, operational, and external-facing facets of value-driving subsidiaries. This includes developing and owning the business plan, scientific plan, strategy, budget, and more. Success in this role requires a keen understanding of molecular biology, chemistry, translational medicine, clinical development, and a willingness to interpret & question scientific strategy. You will help boil down complex issues into bite-size, easy-to-understand information regarding the programs you cover from a scientific and business/financial perspective. The role will include responsibilities for competitive intelligence, NPV modeling, leading teams, and managing industry relationships. You will be relied upon to be a detailed and rational problem-solver who thinks independently, improvises, and inspires excellence. The actual compensation offered will be determined based on a number of job-related factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
