Performance Objectives

• Own 8–12 concurrent client engagements from kickoff to 90-day impact review, delivering on-scope, on-budget, and on-promise every time.
• Stand up a single source of truth (timeline, owners, risks, KPIs) within 10 days of every new engagement so leadership and delivery never guess.
• Drive weekly cross-functional stand-ups that keep brand, sales-enablement, and tech workstreams locked to the same revenue outcome.
• Surface and resolve blockers in under 48 hours so no client sprint slips more than one cycle.
• Ship a client-ready recap and next-90-day plan within 5 business days of every major milestone.
• Raise average project NPS to 70+ and repeat-revenue rate above 60% within your first two quarters.

Environment & Resources

You report to the co-founders and sit inside a tight 11–20 person team that embeds with client leadership, not the sidelines. You get full access to our playbooks, CRM, project stack, and the specialists who actually build the work. Budget authority lives with you for tools and contractors that keep velocity high.

Essential Qualifications

• 3+ years running multi-workstream client or internal programs where brand, sales process, and tech had to land together.
• Proven habit of turning vague "we need growth" briefs into sequenced, measurable 90-day plans.
• Comfort holding senior stakeholders accountable without drama.
• Track record of delivering on time when the team is small and the stakes are real.
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication that clients actually read.
