Duties / Responsibilities: The Medical Office Assistant II manages patient interactions, scheduling, records, referrals, insurance verification, and payments, including day-end reconciliation. They train staff, handle inventory, coordinate testing and appointments, support administrative tasks, ensure safety compliance, and maintain professionalism while performing other related duties as needed. Position Qualifications: High School Graduate or GED required. 2 years’ experience in a medical office setting is required; 3 years’ experience is preferred.
