Production Assembler

Location: Indianapolis, IN.

Pay: $19.45/hr.

Shift: 1st shift- 6:00 AM- 2:00 PM. 2nd shift- 2:00 PM- 10:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and follow detailed work instructions
• Load and unload automated assembly machinery
• Assemble mechanical and electrical components using hand tools
• Fasten hardware and connect electrical components
• Perform visual inspections throughout the production process
• Maintain quality and production standards
• Use basic computer systems for production tracking
• Lift and move materials up to 25 lbs
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Follow all safety and cleanroom procedures

Required Qualifications

• Ability to stand for the entire shift
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or production experience
• Experience using hand tools or power tools
• Mechanical aptitude
• Quality inspection experience
• Cleanroom manufacturing experience
