Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments for patients entering treatment to understand their unique needs, challenges, and treatment goals.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices and provide therapeutic interventions tailored to individual circumstances.

• Lead individual counseling sessions utilizing methodologies such as motivational interviewing and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to encourage positive behavioral changes.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions that create a safe space for patients to share their experiences and learn from one another during the recovery process.

• Collaborate regularly with a network of healthcare providers to ensure that patients receive coordinated and comprehensive care, addressing both their mental health and addiction issues.

This position focuses specifically on individuals grappling with substance use disorders. Your work will often encompass supporting veterans, adults, and family members affected by addiction, working alongside individuals who are seeking to reclaim their lives with dignity and purpose.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree from an accredited institution in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Valid state licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT.
\n
• Strong foundation in substance use disorders and familiarity with evidence-based treatment techniques.
\n
• Experience in both individual and group therapy settings, preferably within addiction recovery contexts.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, characterized by empathy, patience, and the ability to connect meaningfully with patients.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of three years of direct experience working with substance use disorder patients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
