Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Emergency Department Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 06:45-19:15 Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years License: Active RN license Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, NIHSS, ENPC (within 90 days of hire) Must-Have: 2 years’ experience as a nurse with at least 1 year in an emergency setting. Teamwork mentality. Ability to coach and provide real-time feedback. Flexibility to work in all areas of the emergency department. Description: Seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department. The role is in a facility that has a strong commitment to patient safety and high-quality clinical care. This facility is recognized for excellence in nursing standards. Responsibilities include providing critical care in a busy environment. The emergency department typically has patient ratios of 4:1, with up to 7:1 for behavioral holds. Techs and unit clerks provide support throughout the department. Advanced skills may be required based on the procedures performed in the unit. The uniform consists of navy scrubs. Candidates should have experience in a high-volume emergency department.
