Benefits Competitive salary Paid time off Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated Probate/Estate Planning Legal Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide assistance to lawyers. You will communicate with clients, compile client files, and draft documents. The ideal candidate is hardworking and detail-oriented. Responsibilities Communicate with attorneys and clients Prepare case-specific documents- Estate planning and/or Probate Ensure that case-related documents are well organized and available for review Maintain and update client files Provide general administrative support Qualifications 2 Years experience as a Probate and/or Estate Planning Legal Assistant Strong verbal and written communication skills Highly organized with document management experience Excellent research skills Comfortable Microsoft Office and case management software Ability to multitask and work well under pressure This is an in-person position.
