About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth and market expansion initiatives, developing and executing innovative sales strategies, and fostering lasting client relationships. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions, representing the company at industry events, and monitoring market trends to identify opportunities for differentiation. The VP will also be expected to utilize advanced CRM tools, contribute to marketing initiatives, and ensure the seamless onboarding of new clients. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience, with a minimum of 6 years in financial services, fintech, or fund administration, and a preference for those with 10 years in the specified sectors. The role requires a proven ability to sell complex solutions, manage client relationships, and lead RFP/RFI processes. Strong proficiency in CRM tools and the Microsoft Office Suite is essential, as is a high energy, strategic mindset, and the ability to interact with C-level executives. The ideal candidate will have a growing network of fund managers, sponsors, and industry influencers and be available for travel up to 30% of the time.
