About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Business Development and Technology to lead strategic growth initiatives in the field of collaborative licensing. This executive will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and developing new patent pool opportunities, particularly in high-growth technology sectors such as semiconductors, artificial intelligence, and data center infrastructure. The role requires a deep understanding of intellectual property, patent licensing, and emerging technologies, as well as the ability to build partnerships and lead complex negotiations. The VP will also be involved in industry engagement, thought leadership, and cross-functional leadership to ensure the seamless transition from program concept to launch. Applicants for the Vice President position at the company should have a minimum of 12 years' of experience in business development, licensing, technology strategy, or related fields. A strong technical background in semiconductor technologies, artificial intelligence, or data center architecture is essential.
