SENIOR ACCOUNTANT
Our client, a well-established private Christian college north of Boston, is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its growing finance team. This position is much more than a traditional general accounting role. The Senior Accountant will be heavily involved in endowment and investment accounting, grant accounting, audits, regulatory reporting, financial analysis, and supporting the institution's annual Form 990 process. You'll work closely with senior finance leadership while helping support a major Workday implementation that is transforming how the college operates. We're looking for a strong accountant who enjoys technical accounting, understands GAAP, and is excited by the opportunity to contribute to an organization with a meaningful mission and long-term impact.

Compensation: $80,000-$90,000+
