We're currently looking for motivated, customer-focused Sales Consultants to join our high-performing sales team. Whether you're a seasoned pro or someone looking to launch a career in the automotive industry, we provide the training, tools, and support you need to succeed.

What You'll Do (The Role)

As a New and Pre-Owned Sales Specialist, you are the face of our dealership, guiding buyers through a transparent, high-integrity purchasing experience.

Connect & Consult: Greet customers, build authentic rapport, and qualify their specific vehicle needs.

Showcase the Product: Present, demonstrate, and sell quality new and pre-owned vehicles from our extensive inventory.

Build a Pipeline: Follow up with inbound leads, maintain relationships with past customers, and stay up to date on market inventory.

Crush Goals: Meet or exceed monthly individual and team sales targets.

• Paid Time Off (PTO): All new employees earn 1 hour of paid time off for every 40 hours worked in compliance with the applicable state paid sick leave law. Following 36 months of continuous service, full-time employees earn an additional 40 hours of PTO each anniversary year; following 120 months of continuous service, full-time employees earn 80 hours of PTO each anniversary year, according to terms of PTO policies.
