Location: Vestal, NY 13850

Duration: 16 Weeks

Available shifts: Day/Night/Evening

Guaranteed Hours: 5x8 (40 Hours/Week)

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Perform medication passes accurately and safely.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition.
• Complete timely and accurate nursing documentation.
• Provide nursing care in accordance with facility policies and procedures.
• Supervise CNAs and support resident care needs.

To be considered for this position, you should have:

• Minimum 1 year of Long-Term Care (LTC) experience required.
• Recent SNF, Rehab, Med Surg, or Hospital experience will also be considered.
• Active New York RN License required (no license hits allowed).
• BLS certification required.
• Must provide proof of NY license at the time of submission.
• Must be able to pass a medication administration (med pass) test and clinical observation.
