As a Client Program Specialist, you'll lead the projects, help shape the strategy, and turn research and data into recommendations that help some of the world's leading companies build better mobility programs.

One day you're running a technology rollout from kickoff to launch. The next you're digging into benchmarking data to inform a client's next big policy move, or presenting program recommendations straight to the client table. You'll partner closely with our Manager, Client Program Development, and team up with Client Relations, Business Development, and Marketing along the way, all while bringing AI assisted tools into the mix to work smarter and faster.

Essential Functions

• Lead client implementation projects and technology rollouts as project manager, coordinating system setup, kickoff calls, milestones, testing, and cross functional teams from initiation through launch

• Partner in the development of client program strategies by delivering consulting recommendations aligned to client objectives and industry best practices

• Prepare and present program materials, policy recommendations, and strategic deliverables to current and prospective clients

• Lead and support industry research, benchmarking, and reporting efforts, including competitive analysis, custom client benchmarks, and executive summaries that inform program strategy and support business development

• Support client program reviews, including Year End Reviews, data preparation, technology platform support, and ongoing program quality

• Collaborate with the Client Analyst to integrate reporting data, program metrics, and trend insights into client facing consulting deliverables and strategic reviews

• Proactively explore and apply AI assisted tools and emerging technologies to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and quality of client facing deliverables

• Uphold quality and brand standards across all client facing materials and proactively identify opportunities to strengthen processes and team efficiencies

• Maintain consistent and reliable attendance

• Maintain positive, professional relationships with clients and colleagues

• Proactively protect internal and external confidential information by complying with all security policies

• Maintain accurate “real time” records in all Plus systems

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in global mobility, client services, project management, or a related field

• College degree preferred

• GMS, CRP, and/or PMP certifications preferred

• Experience with Salesforce, or comparable CRM/program management platforms, preferred

Required Skills and Abilities

• Strong client facing communication and relationship management skills; comfortable presenting and facilitating meetings with clients, CRDs, and technical stakeholders

• Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment and manage multiple concurrent client engagements with competing deadlines

• Familiarity with AI tools and emerging technologies relevant to client program delivery

• Technical aptitude for configuring and troubleshooting platforms

• Strong project management skills, with the ability to establish milestones, coordinate across teams, and drive client timelines to completion

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with SharePoint and Salesforce preferred

• Ability to challenge existing processes and bring a strategic, innovative approach to client program delivery

• Strong understanding of global mobility services, client program structures, and relocation industry benchmarking

• Self starter who works autonomously and proactively identifies gaps or risks in client programs and processes

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy across all client facing deliverables

Compensation and Benefits Summary

This role offers a salary range of $58,000 to $73,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for:

• Annual discretionary profit sharing bonus

Salary Range Note: This is a good faith estimate based on current benchmarks. Final compensation will be based on skills, experience, and internal equity.
