Technical Project Assistant
An engineering firm is seeking a Technical Project Assistant to work directly with Principal by supporting project and administrative functions at their Palo Alto, CA office.
Your day includes:
- Reviewing project documents and coordinating deposition preparation
- Preparing and sending RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Communicating with attorneys, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Reviewing and prioritizing emails on behalf of the principal
Must haves:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or Architecture
- Strong knowledge of MS Office and experience in administrative support
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
