Store Manager Competencies / Responsibilities Builds a Great Team: Provide exceptional customer service, recruit best talent, assess capabilities, give constructive feedback, and develop others with respect. Drives the Business: Identify opportunities to increase sales and profitability, monitor performance, analyze trends, and initiate change. Act with Integrity: Demonstrate integrity, keep promises, build trust, and lead by example. Requirements 2+ years of retail leadership experience. Self-directed with excellent organizational and time‑management skills. Outstanding customer service and communication skills. Ability to use a computerized point-of-sale system; SAP experience preferred. Must be able to work weekends as required. Minimum 18 years of age and high school diploma or equivalent GED; preferred. Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs. and stand and walk throughout the shift. A cosmetology license is a plus. Salary Range: $25.90 – $28.80 per hour.
