Retail Assistant Manager - Full-Time

Position Overview The Assistant Store Manager will supervise the store team, create an unforgettable shopping experience, and lead the customer experience during regular store hours. The role involves achieving team sales goals, managing daily operations, and executing maurices Standard Operating Practices (SOPs) such as opening and closing the store. Responsibilities • Supervise and mentor a team of sales associates.• Engage customers, leading the retail experience and achieving sales objectives.• Assist in training, directing, and evaluating staff performance.• Make staff and operational decisions, maintaining a positive work environment.• Operate as a key holder and execute store SOPs accurately and efficiently. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of customer‑service experience (required). Supervisory experience preferred. Strong ability to foster teamwork and maintain a positive work environment. Experience in training and directing others. Initiative and decision‑making skills necessary for the role. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed goals. Computer proficiency.
