Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
• Active state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology, or eligibility to obtain before starting
• Experience or strong interest in pediatrics, particularly working within school environments
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with students, families, and staff

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
• Develop individualized treatment plans and implement evidence-based therapy interventions
• Maintain timely documentation and progress reporting in compliance with school and state regulations
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to support each student’s unique needs
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise for goal setting and progress evaluation
• Provide education and resources to families and staff regarding speech and language development
