Job Description
TITLE
Travel Nurse - Neonatal Intensive Care Unit

SCHEDULE
- Shift: 12-hour nights (18:45-07:15)
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

ASSIGNMENT DETAILS
- Contract Length: 13 weeks

REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Level 3 or 4 NICU
- Current BLS and NRP certification
- Experience with ventilator management

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to neonates including those with a variety of medical conditions.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing appropriate interventions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and observe their effects.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate families regarding care and health issues related to their infants.

COMPLIANCE / NOTES
- Strict rules regarding request time off (RTO) after booking; no time off during the first week of assignment.
- Candidate must complete all testing within 48 hours after signing.
- NC or Compact license required in hand at the start of employment.
- Medical/religious exemptions apply for flu vaccine; COVID-19 vaccine is not required.
