Job Description Bright Harbor Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will work with children and adolescents with autism and other developmental disabilities to provide behavior assessment and intervention services. Our mission is to improve the lives of individuals with special needs and their families through evidence-based, compassionate care. Position Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst Position Type: Contracted Position Benefits Eligible: No Location: Berkeley, NJ Department: Ocean Academy Responsibilities: Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs) Provide individualized behavior therapy services to clients Provide ongoing training, consultation and support to school professionals on implementation of ABA strategies and techniques Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and make data-driven decisions Collaborate with other professionals and families to support the overall treatment plan and student development Requirements Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team #J-18808-Ljbffr 6AM City, LLC
