Maintenance Supervisor

Maintenance Supervisor – full‑time position. Location: TAMU Galveston – 1001 Texas Clipper Road, Galveston, TX 77554 (Openings available at other locations within the school district). Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm (Full‑time; flexible scheduling for full‑time and part‑time candidates). Pay: $19.00 to $20.00 per hour. Perks: $250 sign‑on bonus at 90 days, $750 bonus at 1 year, same‑day pay, comprehensive benefits package. Responsibilities Provide training and create work schedules for maintenance staff. Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and discipline employees who fail to meet standards. Prepare production or sales reports, ensuring unit meets expectations for quality, productivity and safety. Act as contact person for employees with complaints or time‑off requests. Mentor and develop employees, encouraging goal setting and advancement. Perform other duties as assigned.
