About the role:

We are looking for full-time Primary Care Physicians who will deliver fully remote, video-based, comprehensive clinical care encompassing preventive care, sick visits, and chronic condition management. The ideal candidate must be licensed in North Carolina, hold an active IMLC compact license, be board-certified in Family or Internal Medicine, and be comfortable practicing the full spectrum of primary care, including pediatrics and mental health. What you'll be doing:

\n
• Provide high-quality preventative, acute, and chronic care in a fully-remote, virtual setting
\n
• Elevate remote care by providing compassionate and meaningful patient encounters
\n
• Manage a dedicated panel of patients as their primary care physician
\n
• Refer patients to specialists or acute care services when clinically indicated
\n
• Work on population health initiatives for risk-attributed patients (AWVs, care gaps, transitions of care, risk capture)
\n
• Support patients immediately post-discharge to improve understanding of treatment plans and reduce hospital readmissions
\n
• Practice continuous self-evaluation to ensure adherence to clinical guidelines and best practices
\n

What we're looking for:

\n
• 3+ years of post-residency work experience
\n
• Active North Carolina or South Carolina medical license 
\n
• Board-Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine 
\n
• A minimum of 2+ years experience in an in-person primary care setting
\n
• Experience with virtual visits required
\n
• Must have prior experience with EPIC EMR
\n
• Clean background and medical malpractice history
\n
• Willing to commit 40 hours per week, 36 clinical hours
\n
• Must be able to work Monday and Friday with flexibility over starting hours (i.e., 7 am-12:30 pm EDT)
\n
• Spanish Speaking is a plus
\n
• Strong interest in developing longitudinal relationships with patients and managing chronic care conditions
\n
• Comfort with management of acute conditions in a virtual setting
\n
• Extensive experience handling 3+ cases per hour
\n
• Eagerness to learn about and implement cutting-edge technology to improve efficiency and clinical outcomes
