Graphic Specialist

At AssuredPartners, our Hunt Valley, MD office is growing; we are hiring for our Graphic Specialist position; this position develops new and updates existing digital and print employee benefits communications. These communications transform contractual and legislative documents into creatively designed materials in the form of guides, newsletters, wellness campaigns, new hire and recruiting brochures, posters, postcards, and campaign logos.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the conceptual and creative development of corporate-level print marketing for use company-wide under the direction of the Director of Marketing. Includes, but is not limited to, print-on-demand items, brochures, templates, corporate and agency level direct mail items, billboards, banners, and other printed materials as needed.
• Work with Marketing Team members and other key agency staff to develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Translate concepts, ideas, and objectives into engaging visual elements and designs that appropriately represent specific programs and services while remaining consistent with the agency's broader branding and messaging.
• Develop sales and marketing collateral for all new vertical developments and promotional campaigns.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Travel is expected to be negligible in this role.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Interactive Design or Motion Graphics; or 2+ years Graphic Design experience.
• Detail-oriented, deadline driven, and able to handle a high-volume workload Save
• Proficiency and knowledge of and experience using Microsoft Office products including Word and Outlook, as well as Adobe Create Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat)
• Experience working with multiple brands with unique styles and tones of voice, and experience creating booklets, newsletters, pamphlets for print and/or interactive pdfs, ad creation, and logo design preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
