Billing Administrator-Mexico Operations

Summary:

Our cleint needs Billing Administrator for Mexico Operations.
The candidate will report to the Supervisor of Mexico Operations.
This is a hybrid role and the candidate will work two days from the office (Tuesday and Thursday)
Candidate MUST be bi-lingual in Spanish.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Process all License and Title payment transactions.
Responsible for processing of sales in used vehicle system.
Process insurance payments.
Understanding of ARI and ARIZA's processes and requirements, and Mexico's fiscal requirements.
Monitors workflow and acts as a short term back up to administrators or fellow support coordinators duties.
Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

Must have excellent organization skills, detail oriented and ability to handle multiple priorities to meet required deadlines.

Research and problem solving skills.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel.
