• 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM | Friday 6:00 AM - 10:00 AM

Job Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic products, transponders, and beacons using hand tools
• Install small components including circuit boards, batteries, screws, and wiring
• Follow work instructions, SOPs, and production procedures
• Perform basic mechanical, electrical, and wire assembly tasks
• Package and prepare finished products for shipment
• Label products and complete shipping-related tasks
• Update inventory and perform basic computer data entry
• Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Qualifications

• Assembly, manufacturing, production, warehouse, or shipping experience preferred
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Ability to follow written instructions and work orders
• Basic computer skills for inventory updates and data entry
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Preferred Experience

• Electronic, mechanical, or wire assembly
• Soldering experience
• Inventory control and quality inspection
• Picking, packing, shipping, and receiving
• Working with small components and detailed assembly work

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Lauderdale, FL.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $17.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
