Job Description:
We are hiring 4 reliable and hardworking individuals for a temporary 2-week assignment at a factory that produces hot sauce products.

Workers will assist with filling, packaging, and preparing gift boxes containing small hot sauce bottles. This position requires employees who can work quickly while maintaining good quality and attention to detail.

Job Duties:

• Fill and prepare small hot sauce bottles for packaging
• Assemble and organize hot sauce gift boxes
• Place bottles and other items correctly inside gift boxes
• Check products for proper placement, packaging, and appearance
• Label and package finished products
• Work efficiently to meet production goals
• Keep the work area clean and organized
• Follow safety and production instructions
• Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and quality
• Work as part of a team in a fast-paced factory environment

Requirements:

• Must be available to work for the full 2-week assignment
• Must be fast and productive while maintaining accuracy
• Strong attention to detail is important
• Must be comfortable handling small bottles and products
• Good hand coordination and ability to perform repetitive tasks
• Reliable and punctual
• Able to stand for extended periods
• Able to follow instructions and work well with a team
• Previous factory, production, packaging, or warehouse experience is a plus

Ideal Candidate:
Someone who is quick, detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable doing repetitive packaging work . Because the products and bottles are small, workers need to be careful and make sure everything is packaged correctly.

This is a temporary 2-week assignment with the possibility of additional opportunities depending on business needs and performance.
