Job Description Job Description Position Summary
Serves patients by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately; notifies company personnel of patient arrival; maintains security and telecommunications system. Provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. Responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, mail distribution, flow of correspondence, requisition of supplies as well as additional clerical duties.
Responsibilities
* Present a professional, welcoming first contact to all patients by phone, in person, and email.
* Answer inquiries about C2 Wellness when patients call or walk in for appointments.
* Direct patients to correct destination.
* Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization.
* Provide general administrative and clerical support for staff.
* Prepare correspondence and documents.
* Receive and sort mail and deliveries.
* Schedule appointments.
* Monitor and maintain office equipment.
* Control inventory relevant to reception area.
* Tidy and maintain the reception area.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
* The ability to work concurrently on multiple projects with varying priorities, works well under pressure and within deadlines and gives great attention to detail.
* Proficient knowledge of computers, Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
* Reading Comprehension. Understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work-related documents. The ability to read and understand information and ideas presented in writing and type.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
* Energetic, flexible, collaborative, and proactive; a team leader who can positively and productively impact both strategic and tactical finance and administration initiatives.
Qualifications
* High School Diploma or GED equivalent
* 1 year minimum administrative experience.
$18 per hour
