Responsibilities

• Review and analyze client needs to recommend and tailor appropriate coverage solutions.

• Process new policies, policy renewals, and changes for small-to-mid-size personal lines accounts.

• Generate quotes for new business opportunities.

• Manage client billing, handle payment processing, and address policy inquiries.

• Process initial claims reports and guide clients through the claims process.
