This role is accountable for developing and executing business plans to expand market share, optimize inventory management, enhance customer satisfaction, and strengthen long-term client relationships. This role works closely with the IDX General Manager and executive leadership to align aftermarket initiatives with overall company objectives.RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:Develop and implement short- and long-term aftermarket strategies that drive revenue growth, profitability, and customer loyaltyMentor and coach aftermarket sales, service, and support teams to achieve performance targets and deliver exceptional customer experiencesBuild and maintain strong relationships with key customers, identifying opportunities for service and process improvementsOversee inventory management to ensure parts availability, minimize excess, and optimize strategiesPartner with engineering, production, sales, and accounting teams to ensure seamless operations, accurate order processing, and efficient issue resolutionJob-related travel - TRAVEL IS REQUIRED 50% OF TIME.JOB REQUIREMENTS AND STANDARDS:Strong business acumen with the ability to balance strategic thinking and operational executionProven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed business decisionsExcellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skillsProficient in CRM systems, ERP software, and Microsoft Office SuiteExperience in supply chain, inventory management, and customer service best practicesBachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field preferred5+ years of progressive experience in aftermarket sales, parts management, or a similar field, with some leadership responsibilitiesExperience in equipment manufacturing or sales strongly preferredOR Any combination of education and experience that would provide the required skill and knowledge for successful performance would be acceptable.The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this position.
