Your Daily Mission

• Execute both standard and specialized clinical lab tests across multiple disciplines such as chemistry, hematology, and immunology, adhering rigorously to established guidelines.
• Ensure the integrity of results through meticulous analysis, error troubleshooting, and routine maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
• Provide assistance in specimen collection and preparation for testing as required.
• Meticulously document all procedures, play an integral role in training new staff or students, and maintain high lab quality standards.
• Foster a safe, clean work environment while strictly following regulatory and accreditation protocols.

Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, along with readiness for ASCP or AMT certification.

Certifications

• Attainment of ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of being hired.
• Commitment to sustaining current certification throughout employment.
