• Thoroughly document all procedures, mentor new staff members or students, and assist in maintaining high lab standards.
• Ensure a tidy, safe working environment while complying with regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or a related allied health discipline, along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• Achieve ASCP or AMT Board Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within the first year of employment.
• Maintain current certification for the duration of your employment.
