• Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis whenever necessary.
• Document all lab processes in detail, mentor new employees or trainees, and uphold the highest quality standards within the lab.
• Ensure a tidy and safe laboratory environment while complying with all relevant regulations and accreditation standards.

Education Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an allied health degree, alongside preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certification Requirements

• Achieve ASCP or AMT Board certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of joining.
• Keep certifications current throughout your employment.
