You will bolster leadership at the organizational level while hiring, mentoring, and growing individual contributors. Teach: Best practices in engineering architecture, project leadership, and organizational communication. About You Experience: 2–5+ years of engineering management experience, plus 3–5 years as a high-performing individual contributor. People First: You have a demonstrated track record of hiring, coaching, and solving problems through people first, then technology. Technical Instincts: You have a deep understanding of software architecture and can guide a team through complex technical trade-offs.
