Technical Program Manager

This role is about owning technical customer problems from first report to final fix. It asks for someone who can learn the products, models and APIs quickly, dig into issues, and get Engineering and Product to act on them. A strong candidate brings solid troubleshooting, clear writing for both engineers and customers, and the follow-through to juggle many requests at once. How it fits the AI era AI models change fast, so customer questions often involve odd outputs, limits and workarounds that no manual covers yet. AI tools can help sort tickets, read logs and draft replies, which frees time for deeper investigation. What stays human is judging what a customer really needs, deciding what to fix first, and building trust when something breaks. How it builds AI experience The role sits close to a video and image generation product with a large volume of customer requests, so it offers a front row view of how generative models behave in real use. Learning where outputs fail and how API users work around those limits builds practical AI product knowledge. To prepare, try a range of generative video tools, read their API docs, and practice writing up issues with clear steps to reproduce.
