About the Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized Account Services Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our Walmart account.

This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to build a career in customer service, wholesale, account management, and supply chain operations while gaining hands-on experience supporting a major retail partner.

Reporting to the Operations Specialist, this role will help manage seasonal and weekly orders, EDI replenishment activity, order and shipment tracking, reporting, account maintenance, and customer communications. You'll work cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Logistics, Production, Warehouse, and other internal teams to ensure orders are accurate, on time, and aligned with Walmart requirements.

The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and comfortable working with data and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

This position is based in our NYC office and is on-site.

What You'll Do

• Support order management: Assist with entering, processing, and tracking seasonal and weekly Walmart orders, including EDI replenishment activity.
• Monitor orders and shipments: Help track open orders, inventory, shipping timelines, routing requirements, and delivery dates, escalating issues when needed.
• Maintain accurate data: Update customer and order information, account trackers, and reports while identifying and helping resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate across teams: Partner with Sales, Operations, Warehouse, Logistics, Production, and other internal teams to help ensure orders are processed and shipped accurately and on time.
• Support customer communication: Assist with responding to Walmart inquiries and providing updates on orders, shipments, shortages, and changes.
• Prepare reporting: Help create and distribute order, inventory, and shipment recaps and summaries.
• Learn and improve: Develop knowledge of Walmart requirements, EDI processes, and internal systems while supporting process improvements and special projects.
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the team and business.

Qualifications

• 02 years of experience in customer service, account services, order management, wholesale operations, logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
• Previous Walmart account experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with EDI order processing or replenishment is a plus.
• Knowledge of purchase orders, inventory, shipping, routing, or logistics processes is preferred.
• Experience with ERP or order-management systems, such as Infor M3, AS400, or similar platforms, is a plus.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $26.00-$28.00/hour. Ranges are based on various factors such as relevant skillset, training, years of experience related to the current job description, education, and our organizational structure.
