Key areas of focus include: Oversight of AP, AR, billing, and revenue processes Leading and developing a small accounting team Supporting integration of newly acquired entities Strengthening internal controls and improving processesPartnering with operational leadership to drive performance and accountability Supporting audit and compliance efforts The Profile Bachelor's degree in Accounting Experience within multi-entity, multi-location environments Background in public accounting and/or private equity-backed companies is highly valued Strong operational accounting foundation with leadership experience Self-starter mindset with the ability to operate with minimal oversight Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment Additional Details Hybrid schedule (4 days on-site in Phoenix) Competitive base compensation + bonus structure Strong long-term growth potential as the organization continues to scale #J-18808-Ljbffr
