What does an Office Assistant with Paul Davis do? 

• Fields calls from customers and team members and builds rapport
• Intake new jobs
• Assist in updating job files
• Assist in sending statements to customers
• Assist in collecting funds for completed jobs
• Scan Receipts and Maintain files
• Sort mail
• Problem solve and help people find solutions
• Maintain Office Supplies
• Handle sub-contractor paperwork-W-9, Insurance Certificates
• Other office duties as assigned
• Ensure compliance with standards and regulations utilizing internal office systems
