Sales Admin Asst

:

Rare opportunity for a detail oriented, friendly Sales Admin for All Roads/West End in Ellicott City, MD. This role assists the Sales team with day to day operations. Acting as the primary point-of-contact for all sales calls, customer questions and inventory. The ideal candidate must provide first-class service to both internal and external customers. Prior dealership experience is preferred. Pay $22-25/hr.

Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls, emails and questions to assist customers/vendors
• Use Salesforce, CDK, OneDrive, Word & Excel daily to assist Sales Reps
• Enter inventory, verify information (cost) into CDK
• Scan, code and acquire PO numbers to invoices to accurately be paid and posted with truck
• Verify serial numbers, ensure no damage, take pictures and tag inventory (trucks)
• Assist the sales team in quote creation and literature request
• Create folders for invoices and truck deals
• All other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Previous experience with Salesforce, CDK and/or One Drive is desirable.
• Valid Driver's License
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
• Must have excellent customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work efficiently
