At Trillium Woods, you'll find purpose, professional development, and a workplace culture that values you!Trillium Woods is recruiting for a hospitality focused Dietician to join our team!Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Dietician:Manage and support the dietary team to ensure efficient, high-quality food serviceAssist in planning, scheduling, and supervising Health Center dietary personnelProvide on-the-job training for both kitchen and dining room staffDevelop menus based on residents' nutritional needs and preferencesAssign and oversee daily dietary tasks; monitor for quality and complianceEnsure nutritional adequacy of resident meals per policyMaintain required records, reports, schedules, and compliance documentationParticipate in cost control measures and budget awarenessSupervise and complete resident intake processes and food preference interviewsUpdate dietary documentation (kardex, menus, nourishment lists) based on dietitian inputAttend Care Plan meetings and in-service training sessions as assignedHere are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:High School Diploma/GED requiredRegistered Dietitian (RD) or Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) – healthcare focus2+ years supervisory experience in healthcare food serviceSafety & sanitation certification (food service)Preferred: Long-term care experienceClinical experience: resident assessments, MDS input, Care Plan Team participationStrong communication, empathy, and teamwork skillsAbility to interpret menus, answer dietary questions, and coordinate meal serviceIf you're an enthusiastic, compassionate, senior care professional who is passionate about hospitality and senior engagement- please apply, we'd love to get to know you!EEO EmployerPay Range: $75k-$85K
