Growth Product Manager

To achieve significant member growth, the remote Growth Product Manager will oversee the entire growth process, from acquisition to retention, while managing a cross-functional team and utilizing data-driven strategies to prioritize and execute growth experiments. Key responsibilities Own member growth and manage the prioritized backlog, establishing a measurement framework for evaluating growth opportunities Navigate the full funnel to achieve growth goals, including acquisition, onboarding, activation, retention, reactivation, and referrals Conduct end-to-end experiments, utilizing AI tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in shipping growth initiatives Required qualifications 5+ years in product or growth, with 3+ years owning subscriber, revenue, or retention KPIs in a scaled consumer or self-serve software company Experience conducting experiments at scale and analyzing data to differentiate between significant results and noise Proven ability to utilize AI tools for tangible growth or productivity improvements Strong skills in transforming rough ideas into actionable plans that motivate team performance Ability to simplify complex concepts and communicate effectively, including understanding trade-offs
