Ensuring spaces are prepared for the next day by taking out trash, tidying furniture and dusting surfaces. Clean and supply designated areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc.) Washing and disinfecting toilets, sinks and restocking disposables. (Tissue, seat covers, sanitary bags & hand towels) etc. Wipe / disinfect mirrors, windows, and doors. Document routine cleaning and maintenance needs. Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects. Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs. Stock and maintain supply Cage. Cooperate with the rest of the staff. Follow all health and safety regulations. Performs other duties and administrative functions as assigned by the Warehouse Management. Qualifications: High School Diploma or completed GED. Minimum of (1) year experience in custodian / Housekeeping. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Attention to detail and conscientiousness. Ability to operate floor scrubbers and pallet jacks. Ability to left/ move 50 lbs. Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies Familiarity with Safety Data Sheets. Integrity and ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Good planning and organizational skills. Basic knowledge of safe food handling procedures.
