Justworks is hiring a Customer Support Specialist, Payments in New York City. You’ll help customers with payroll, payments, tax, billing, and reporting issues, and contribute to product enhancements. The role emphasizes accuracy, empathy, and clear communication in a fast-paced startup environment. You’ll work Mon-Fri 11am-8pm ET, with Tue/Wed onsite at 55 Water Street, NYC.
