Customer Service Representative

Our company is looking for a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers responding to inquiries resolving concerns processing requests accurately and providing a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate is dependable detail-oriented and comfortable communicating with customers through phone email and digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone email and online communication channels
• Provide accurate information regarding products services policies and procedures
• Assist customers with questions requests and account-related concerns
• Process customer requests and transactions accurately and efficiently
• Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been addressed
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products services and procedures
• Meet established customer-service and performance standards
• Participate in team meetings training sessions and company initiatives
• Protect customer information and maintain confidentiality at all times

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Professional and friendly communication style
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
• Comfortable using computers email video conferencing and online communication platforms
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote-work environment
• Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in customer service sales hospitality administration or account management
• Experience using CRM or customer-support systems
• Previous remote-work experience
