We're looking for a Call Center Representative to join our team in Broward County and to help responding to inquiries during tax season!
You'll be responsible for:
- Answer incoming calls from residents regarding property taxes, payment deadlines, and billing inquiries.
- Provide accurate information about county tax procedures, exemptions, and payment options.
- Use the county’s CRM and database systems to log calls, update records, and track issue resolutions.
- Transfer complex tax-related cases to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
- Handle high call volumes during peak tax season while maintaining service quality and accuracy.
- Follow County communication scripts and policies to ensure consistent, professional responses.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Previous experience in a call center environment.
- Maintains professionalism when handling difficult or emotional interactions.
- Strong attention to detail.
Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
