Senior Proposal Manager

Responsible for representing technical functionality to clients and prospects who engage the company through Requests for Proposals and questionnaires.ResponsibilitiesCo-own legal review process for current projects Develop and manage project schedules; manage project progress and proactively mitigate risk across cross-functional teams Provide support to other associates on the team, providing feedback as necessary Serve as primary project lead; coordinate project governance from planning to project sign-off and acceptance Accountable for resource staffing and allocation for various roles needed to deliver projects on time and budget Serve as expert in proposal project support for sales teams; includes complex and first of a kind solution projects, proposal responses, and follow up for highly complex clients or prospects QualificationsRequiredBachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience At least 5 years of proposal management experience At least 2 years experience managing legal review process in RFPs Excellent analytical and problem resolution, organization, attention to detail, time management and leadership skills Ability to make fast, accurate decisions based on available information Demonstrated experience leading and supporting project teams with diverse cross-functional participants and mitigating risks for delivery Ability to work under pressure in a deadline driven environment PreferredAt least 2 years industry experience in healthcare IT or IT proposals Understanding of technical and IT related concepts and/or technical writing experience Project Management Professional or similar project management certification Experience with RFP cloud-based proposal response platforms such as Responsive, RFP360, or Proposify Netsmart is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer, providing equal employment and advancement opportunities to all individuals.
