What You ll Do

• Provide post-operative care for cardiothoracic and vascular patients
• Assist in emergency surgeries involving cardiothoracic and vascular patients
• Take consults/referrals from ER, cath lab, and hospital providers
• Harvest veins during heart surgeries and retrieve vascular tissues for bypass procedures
• Assist in surgeries, interpret tests, and order diagnostic procedures
• Coordinate patient care, write prescriptions, and perform rounding
• Support documentation in Epic EMR system

What You Need

• Valid Physician Assistant license in Ohio
• Previous experience in cardiothoracic or vascular surgery preferred
• Ability to perform emergency procedures and assist in complex surgeries
• Strong clinical and communication skills
