This is a high-performance, commission-driven role with a guaranteed minimum income, offering strong earning potential for technicians who take pride in quality work and customer service. Compensation & Pay Structure

• Biweekly Pay- Guaranteed Minimum: Per pay period
• Earn higher pay through our commission structure
• Your pay depends on you
• $1,000 quarterly bonus for achieving $180,000 in revenue
  Additional incentives offered

Complete assigned jobs efficiently and professionally
Positive team environment

Schedule & Availability
Participation in on-call rotation is required
Must maintain punctuality and reliable attendance
Time Off Policy Up to 10 days per year

Qualifications
Upbeat and positive attitude- Hands on training: (residential/commercial service experience preferred)
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Excellent customer service and communication abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid drivers license (required)
